COUNTERSIGN-BASED METHOD FOR SETTING UP APPROVAL NODE IN APPROVAL PROCESS

Disclosed in the present invention is a countersign-based method for setting up an approval node in an approval process. The method comprises the following sequential steps: a first step: set up an approval manner of an approval node as a countersign, and the countersign node summarizes countersign opinions on roles approved by the node, so as to provide a reference for a follow-up approval node to approve a role; and a second step: setting up one or more roles approved by the countersign node. In the present invention, the countersign node summarizes countersign opinions, so as to provide a strong reference for a follow-up approval node to approve a role. The subject of an approval operation in a workflow is a role, and the role is a separate individual. Even through an employee/user is changed, a new employee just needs to be reassociated with a role in the approval process; or an employee approval permission is changed, the role approval permission can be specifically adjusted without resetting/readjusting the process. The settings are easy, no error or omission occurs, and the normal operation of an enterprise is not affected, thereby greatly improving the reliability of the workflow.
