A permanent magnet magnetic suspension bearing, comprising an outer magnetic ring (12, 16; 38, 42) and an inner magnetic ring (14, 18; 40, 44), one of the outer magnetic ring (12, 16; 38, 42) and the inner magnetic ring (14, 18; 40, 44) being fixedly connected to a rotating body (10) to rotate with the rotating body (10), a gap being present between the outer magnetic ring (12, 16; 38, 42) and the inner magnetic ring (14, 18; 40, 44) to allow the two rings to rotate relative to one another, and the outer magnetic ring (12, 16; 38, 42) and the inner magnetic ring (14, 18; 40, 44) being configured such that an axial pushing force and a radial pushing force are simultaneously produced between the outer magnetic ring (12, 16; 38, 42) and the inner magnetic ring (14, 18; 40, 44). The magnetic suspension bearing is coaxially mounted by magnetic rings having different directions of magnetisation, such that the rotating body (10) is entirely suspended without any contact, thereby implementing loss-free rotation.
