The device comprises a liquid adding device, which is used for adding a reagent into a capillary body (1); the liquid adding device comprises a funnel (2), a bottom end of which being in communication with a top end of the capillary body (1), as well as a mounting frame (3) which is provided with one or more grooves, and liquid reagent cups (4), which are provided within each groove for use in containing the reagent; a liquid reagent cup (4) consists of a cup body (41) which is provided with an opening, the reagent which is provided within the cup body (41), and a sealing membrane which is provided at the opening of the cup body (41); a bottom end of a groove is in communication with a top end of the funnel (2), and a bottom end of an inner portion of the groove is provided with a piercing device (6), which is used to pierce a sealing membrane (42) when a liquid reagent cup (4) is pressed down such that the reagent within the liquid reagent cup (4) flows into the funnel (2). The present invention has the advantages of reducing the costs of the instrument, increasing reliability of operation, and so on.
