The present invention discloses a metal derusting and anti-rust sealing agent consisting of the following substances in parts by mass: 35.4-56.8 parts of water, 45-50 parts of phosphoric acid, 1-1.5 parts of aluminum powder, 1.5-2.2 parts of a complexing agent, 5 parts of tartaric acid, 7 parts of zinc dihydrogen phosphate, 0.2 parts of sodium dodecylbenzene sulfonate, 0.05 parts of potassium dichromate, and 0.03 parts of nickel nitrate. The present invention also discloses a preparation method of the metal derusting and anti-rust sealing agent.
