EFFICIENT APPROVAL METHOD FOR WORKFLOW APPROVAL NODE

An efficient approval method for a workflow approval node. The method comprises: a step of setting an approval role of an approval node, and a step for efficient approval by means of the approval role, wherein there are three ways in which the approval role of the approval node is set: specifying a role, specifying a department (a department manager role), and setting the approval role based on levels. The process of efficient approval by means of the approval role involves: using an approval opinion of a first approval role submitting an approval opinion as an approval result of the approval node, and as long as any one of the approval roles submits an approval opinion, the approval of the approval node ending. In the method, as long as any one of the approval roles submits an approval opinion, an approval node determines an approval result of the approval node, and the approval of the approval node ends, and approval tasks of the other approval roles are automatically cancelled, thereby realizing efficient and rapid approval. This method is especially suitable for situations where multiple people have approval authority for the same approval task, and any one person can give approval opinions.
