To provide a decision request workflow ordering device, a decision request workflow ordering method, and a decision request workflow ordering program, with which ordering data is created from a request for decision by coordinating decision request work and ordering work, and inspection and debt data are created, and which notify when a purchasing amount has exceeded a decision request approval amount.SOLUTION: A decision request workflow ordering device 100 includes: data take-in means 102a for taking in application data subjected to a purchasing request; approval processing means 102b for conducting approval processing for obtaining an approval using a decision request content of the application data; ordering processing means 102c for creating ordering data on the basis of the decision request content of the application data for which final approval is obtained; output means 102d for outputting a purchase order from the ordering data; and inspection processing means 102e for conducting inspection upon arrival of merchandise ordered with the purchase order. The inspection processing means 102e detects that an amount billed upon arrival of the merchandise from an approved amount for which approval is obtained by the approval processing means 102b, is a predetermined ratio or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
