The invention relates to an electronic security seal with geolocation capabilities, which is integrated, programmed and monitored by means of a web platform. The electronic security seal of the invention is characterised in that it comprises a single case that is installed on goods containers or other freight and transportation means, said security seal being secured or anchored to the gasket on the doors of the container, such that it fits to the rubber forming the gasket by means of a groove provided on the rear of the case and, with the aid of neodymium magnets, is solidly attached and ensures that the two doors are closed, along with the activation of two ferrous metal inductive sensors that continuously monitor the contact with the metal surface of the doors of the container on which it is installed and controlled via a resonant circuit. The electronic security seal with geolocation capabilities is integrated into a computer platform or geolocation software program, for the programming, monitoring and management of the different alarms that the security seal registers during the transportation of the container or freight, including an alarm associated with the security seal being opened while the container or freight is being transported, such that if the electronic security seal is removed from the container or in the event of an attempted breach outside the authorised programmed destination geo-fence, this event will be registered as an unauthorised opening and transmitted in real time via GPRS-GSM communications to the computer platform, which will, in turn, communicate said information, also in real time, both to the monitoring centre and also to the pre-determined e-mails and to mobile devices authorised for this purpose, such as smartphones, tablets or laptops.
