The present invention relates to a high-frequency induction heating pyrolysis process enabling the treatment of nitrous oxide-containing gas mixture exhaust gas discharged in an adipic acid production process, a nitric acid production process, a caprolactam production process and a nitrous oxide production process. The high-frequency induction heating pyrolysis process, according to the present invention, comprises: a high-frequency induction heating pyrolysis reactor for decomposing a nitrous oxide-containing gas mixture into nitrogen and oxygen; a high-frequency induction heating system; and a heat exchanger for recovering energy from a high-temperature pyrolyzed gas mixture. The nitrous oxide-containing gas mixture is supplied to the heat exchanger, is preheated by means of the high-temperature decomposed gas mixture discharged from the high-frequency induction heating pyrolysis reactor, and is supplied to the high-frequency induction heating pyrolysis reactor. The internal temperature of the high-frequency induction heating pyrolysis reactor is controlled by the high-frequency induction heating system so as to preferably be within a range of 800 to 1,200. The retention time of the nitrous oxide-containing gas mixture in the high-frequency induction heating pyrolysis reactor is preferably 0.5 to 5 seconds.
