Provided are a physical examination management system and method for an enterprise client. The method comprises the following steps: creating a physical examination directory and a physical examination archive of an enterprise client according to an enterprise organization institution code, and inputting enterprise information to the physical examination archive; adding enterprise staff to the physical examination directory for the enterprise client and inputting information about each enterprise staff member to the physical examination archive; generating a physical examination code for each enterprise staff member; allocating corresponding physical examination service items to each enterprise staff member; receiving a physical examination result input by a doctor from a doctor end of each physical examination department, and generating a physical examination report for each enterprise staff member; encrypting the staff information to generate key information, and converting the key information into a two-dimensional bar code; and embedding the two-dimensional bar code of each enterprise staff member into the physical examination report of each enterprise staff member by using watermarking technology, so as to perform read-only locking. Informationized and standardized management of physical examination of the enterprise client is realized, and the security and reliability of an examination result of the enterprise client are improved.
