A counterweight-type three-dimensional moving unit, comprising a moving module (101) and a counterweight module (201). The moving module (101) comprises a first carrying frame (102), a second carrying frame (103), a first driving apparatus (104), and a second driving apparatus (105). The first driving apparatus (104) drives the first carrying frame (102) and the second carrying frame (103) to move in the horizontal direction. The second driving apparatus (105) drives the second carrying frame (103) to move in the vertical direction. The counterweight module (201) comprises a first counterweight (202), a first fixed pulley (204), a second fixed pulley (205), a movable pulley (208), a counterweight cable (209), and a cable fixing apparatus (210). One end of the counterweight cable (209) is connected to the counterweight (202); the other end sequentially runs through the first fixed pulley (204), the movable pulley (208), and the second fixed pulley (205) to be connected to the cable fixing apparatus (210). By means of the counterweight (202) provided, the movable pulley (208) saves driving force for the driving apparatus. When carrying a heavy object, the counterweight (202) balances the cargo, increases carrying capacity, and prevents damages to the driving apparatus when the driving apparatus are carrying an object having a heavy weight.
