Provided is a fuel consumption acquisition device for calculating the FOE per fuel type at a given point in time on the basis of the mixing ratio of NBOG and FBOG in a consumed BOG, and data that enables the relationship between input energy and output energy of a plant to be converted or calculated. The device has: a conversion coefficient calculation unit for calculating, with FO as the standard, conversion coefficients for converting fuel consumption relating to BOG into FO-equivalent fuel consumption for each BOG in accordance with the cargo loading state, and recording the conversion coefficients among FO conversion coefficients; an operating data acquisition unit for acquiring operating data; and a fuel consumption calculation unit for calculating the total fuel consumption by converting the fuel consumption of each BOG into FO-equivalent fuel consumption on the basis of the cargo loading state determined from the most recent operating data, fuel consumption for FO and each BOG, and the conversion coefficients for each BOG recorded among the FO conversion coefficients.
