This electronic shield component 14 has: a conductive metal pipe 21; a flexible braided member 22; and a fitting pipe 23 which is fitted onto the metal pipe 21 while the braided member 22 is interposed between the metal pipe 21 and the fitting pipe. The fitting pipe 23 has, on the inner peripheral surface 23a thereof: a first protrusion section 23b which protrudes toward the metal pipe 21 and contacts the metal pipe 21 while pressed; and a second protrusion section 23c which protrudes toward the braided member 22 and holds the braided member 22 between the metal pipe 21 and the fitting pipe 23. The first protrusion section 23b and the second protrusion section 23c are provided over the entirety, in the circumferential direction, of the inner peripheral surface 23a of the fitting pipe 23.
