Provided is a micro/nano-fiber Michelson interferometric-type hydrogen sensor, comprising a broadband light source unit, a coupling unit, a sensing light path, a reference light path, and a demodulation unit. The broadband light source unit is configured to generate broadband light of a preset width and to send the same to a coupling unit. The coupling unit is configured to perform beam splitting on the broadband light, send sensing detection light obtained from the beam splitting to the sensing light path, and send reference light obtained from the beam splitting to the reference light path. The sensing light path is configured to reflect the sensing detection light, and to send sensing detection reflected light obtained from the reflection to the coupling unit. The reference light path is configured to reflect the reference light, and to send reflected reference light obtained from the reflection to the coupling unit. The coupling unit is further configured to combine the sensing detection reflected light and the reflected reference light, and to send interference light obtained from this combination to the demodulation unit. The demodulation unit is configured to detect and demodulate the interference light to obtain an interference spectrum.
