FEE COLLECTING MANAGEMENT METHOD AND SYSTEM UNDER MULTI-PARKING LOT SCENARIO

The invention provides a fee collecting management method and system under a multi-parking lot scenario. The method comprises the steps that: a vehicle-mounted terminal reports a parking position to a centralized fee collecting platform during parking of a vehicle; when it is identified that the parking position is located in one target parking lot among a plurality of preset parking lots, the centralized fee collecting platform determines a charging rule corresponding to the target parking lot and notifies the vehicle-mounted terminal to start to record a parking duration; when the vehicle leaves the parking place, the vehicle-mounted terminal reports the recorded parking duration to the centralized fee collecting platform; the centralized fee collecting platform generates a payment bill according to the parking duration and the charging rule, sends the payment bill to the vehicle-mounted terminal, and deducts a corresponding parking fee from an electronic account corresponding to the vehicle-mounted terminal according to the payment bill. The method and the system can perform centralized management on fee collection of multiple distributed parking lots, so there is no need to set up a fee collecting system in each parking lot.
