A horizontal-type pure electric gear selecting and shifting mechanism of an AMT control system comprises a gear selecting mechanism (1) and a gear shifting mechanism (2). An axis of the gear selecting mechanism (1) is perpendicular to an axis of the gear shifting mechanism (2). The gear shifting mechanism (2) is located above the gear selecting mechanism (1) and at one side of a central axis of a 4S510 synchronizer-type transmission, and the gear selecting mechanism (1) is located above a joint surface of the 4S510 synchronizer-type transmission and at the other side of the central axis of the 4S510 synchronizer-type transmission. The gear selecting mechanism (1) and the gear shifting mechanism (2) are fixed relative to each other. A first gear shifting arm (4-2) and a second gear shifting arm (14-3) are located at the axis of the gear selecting mechanism (1). The first gear shifting arm (4-2) and the second gear shifting arm (14-3) mesh via teeth and are centered. The mechanism realizes the function of automatically operating and controlling gear selection and gear shifting of a synchronizer, improving smoothness, maneuverability, and reliability of gear selection and shifting, reducing gear shifting difficulties faced by a driver, achieving automation, and resulting in broad market prospects and usage value.
