Disclosed are a fluorine-containing mixture material and a fluorine-containing super-oleophobic microporous membrane using same as a raw material, and a preparation method therefor and the use thereof. The fluorine-containing mixture comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 50% to 90% of component A, 3% to 25% of component B, 0% to 35% of component C, and 0% to 3% of component D, wherein component A comprises a high molecular weight polytetrafluoroethylene homopolymer or copolymer dispersion resin, component B comprises one or more fluorine-containing alkyl acrylate monomers, component C comprises one or more fluorine-free acrylates, and component D comprises a high-temperature free radical initiator, and no flammable and explosive lubricating oil needs to be added.
