INFORMATION INTERACTION METHOD FOR E-COMMERCE PLATFORM

An information interaction method for an e-commerce platform, the method comprising the following steps: a merchant terminal extracting merchandise characteristic information corresponding to different types of merchandises from merchandise information stored in a database thereof, and transmitting same to a client for display (S1); the client receiving the merchandise characteristic information transmitted by the merchant terminal and displaying same, and sending consulting information to the merchant terminal (S2); the merchant terminal receiving the consulting information transmitted by the client and displaying same, and feeding back merchandise selection guidance information to the client according to the consulting information of the client, for the client to display the guidance information (S3). The method enables a merchant terminal to actively push information to a client; the client further sends consulting information to the merchant terminal according to the merchandise information pushed by the merchant terminal; the merchant terminal receives the consulting information transmitted by the client and displays same, and feeds back merchandise selection guidance information to the client according to the consulting information of the client, thus realizing bidirectional selection on the e-commerce platform, and being capable of improving the trading amount of merchandises.
