A photonic crystal scintillator device having directivity luminescence, comprising a substrate (1); photonic crystal layers (2) arranged on the substrate, Si layers (3) conformal with photonic crystals, and a scintillator layer (4) wrapped on the outer surfaces of the Si layers (3). A lattice constant of a fixed photonic crystal is adopted, regulation and control on luminescence directivity of scintillators of various luminescence wavelengths by changing the thickness of the Si conformal layer, and the method is simple.
