Disclosed in the present application is a lithium ion battery module, comprising: a battery fixture on which a plurality of battery insertion holes distributed in a matrix are formed, a plurality of battery series connection sheets embedded into each battery insertion hole respectively, and a plurality of single batteries inserted into each battery insertion hole respectively and connected to the battery series connection sheets. The battery fixture is composed of an insulating support arranged at a lower layer and a conductive support arranged at an upper layer; the insulating support is arranged close to and fixedly connected to the conductive support; the insulating support is provided with a plurality of insulating support holes distributed in a matrix thereon, and the conductive support is provided with a plurality of conductive support holes distributed in a matrix thereon; the insulating support holes and the conductive support holes jointly form the battery insertion holes; and the battery series connection sheets elastically contact and connect with hole walls of the conductive support holes. The battery module disclosed by the present application has a compact and stable structure, is convenient to assemble and has good heat dissipation; additionally, the conventional parallel connection network structure is dispensed with.
