A handheld large-scale three-dimensional measurement scanner system simultaneously having photography measurement and three-dimensional scanning functions, comprising two cameras at fixed locations, at least one pattern projector, a photography measurement module, and a three-dimensional scanning module; at least one of the two cameras is a multiplex camera for both photography measurement and three-dimensional scanning; the photography measurement module is configured to perform global photography measurement on a measured object using the multiplex camera and obtain three-dimensional coordinates of a mark point on the surface of the object; the three-dimensional scanning module is configured to perform three-dimensional scanning on the measured object using the two cameras and the pattern projector according to the obtained mark point serving as global positioning information of the measured object and obtain three-dimensional contour data of the surface of the object. The present invention has the global photography measurement and three-dimensional scanning functions and is high in hardware integration degree, easy and convenient to operate and use, and high in cost-performance ratio.
