A lower end of the front supporting wheel (21) is positioned under a lower end of the ice and snow removal shovel (10). Alternatively, the lower end of the front supporting wheel (21) is positioned under a line connecting a front lower end and a rear lower end of the ice and snow removal shovel (10). Alternatively, a vertical distance between the front supporting wheel (21) and the ice and snow removal shovel (10) is adjustable, such that the lower end of the front supporting wheel (21) can be adjusted to be positioned under the line connecting the front lower end and the rear lower end of the ice and snow removal shovel (10). The front supporting wheel (21) is an ice and snow cutting wheel. Alternatively, the front supporting wheel (21) is configured to have a thickness sufficient to cut ice or snow. Alternatively, the front supporting wheel (21) is a serrated wheel.
