The ice and snow removal tool comprises a front supporting wheel (21), an ice and snow removal shovel (10) and a cutting device (61, 81, 89). The front supporting wheel (21) is provided at the ice and snow removal shovel (10). The cutting device (61, 81, 89) is used to clear ice and/or snow in front of the front supporting wheel (21).
