A video photography and still photography lamp provided with surface-mount lamp beads (12) with lenses, comprising a lamp housing and a lamp panel (1). The lamp panel (1) is disposed inside the lamp housing. The lamp panel (1) is provided with surface-mount lamp beads (12) with lenses. For the surface-mount lamp beads (12) with lenses, condensing lenses (11) are provided on the surface-mount lamp beads (12), and the condensing lenses (11) are connected to the surface-mount lamp beads (12) by means of adhesive layers (13). The condensing lenses (11) are hemispherical structures having a diameter of 3 to 12 mm. A plurality of surface-mount lamp beads (12) with lenses is arranged on the lamp panel (1) in an array. The overall heights of the surface-mount lamp beads with lenses are 3 to 8 mm. The lamp housing comprises a transparent cover plate (2) and a lamp body (3). The transparent cover plate (2) is located on the illumination end surface of the lamp panel (1). The lamp panel (1) is mounted in the lamp body (3). The video photography and still photography lamp has the advantages of low manufacturing costs, high light concentration, short assembly time, small volume, convenient operation, etc.
