Provided are a photosensitive cover film and a preparation method therefor, and a photosensitive cover film product, relating to the field of electronic materials. The photosensitive cover film comprises a protective film (1), a photosensitive adhesive layer (2), and a carrier film (3). The carrier film (3) and the protective film (1) are fixedly connected by means of the photosensitive adhesive layer (2). A conventional cover film and photosensitive ink are combined into an integral whole by using the photosensitive adhesive layer (2) only, and therefore, procedures and time required by subsequent preparation processes are effectively reduced, the time and labor cost are reduced, and the production efficiency is improved. The preparation method of the photosensitive cover film comprises: preparing a photosensitive adhesive, coating a carrier film (3) with the photosensitive adhesive to obtain a photosensitive adhesive layer (2), and providing a protective film (1) on the photosensitive adhesive layer (2) to obtain a photosensitive cover film. The method has a simple process and high production efficiency, and is suitable for mass production. In addition, the photosensitive cover film product comprises a photosensitive cover film and an outer package, and the outer package can effectively protect the photosensitive cover film.
