METHOD FOR SEARCHING FOR SEMICONDUCTOR COMPONENT BY USING LAST ALPHABET LETTER REMOVAL ALGORITHM

The present invention provides a method for searching for a semiconductor component by using a last alphabet letter removal algorithm. Semiconductor components come in various types and, even in the case of semiconductor components having the same function, methods of usage thereof vary slightly depending on the manufacturer. Accordingly, a correct use of a semiconductor component requires that the specification of the corresponding semiconductor component be understood and employed accurately. However, there are many types of manufacturers, respective manufacturers provide various types of components, and the name of a specific component is a complicated combination of perplexing symbols. In view of such a situation, the purpose of the present invention is to enable users to search for a semiconductor component more accurately by providing a method for searching for a semiconductor component by using a last alphabet letter removal algorithm, wherein the search result can be derived after removing the last alphabet letter such that, even if the user does not know the accurate name of a semiconductor component, or even if a wrong search word is entered by mistake, the same can be corrected. In addition, it is possible to present a semiconductor component which matches with a search word that has been corrected in connection with the derived search result, which starts with the search word, which ends with the search word, or which includes the same. Finally, it is possible to provide the specification of the semiconductor component desired by the user.
