The present invention relates to an oral cavity fixing apparatus for radiotherapy and an oral cavity fixing method in treatment of lip cancer. An oral cavity fixing apparatus for radiotherapy, according to one embodiment of the present invention, comprises: a first spacer including a first insert inserted between a first lip side and a first gingiva side; and a tooth support coupled to the first spacer in a direction inward the oral cavity, and for having a patient's teeth or gingiva disposed thereon, wherein the first spacer is formed with a specific thickness that separates the first lip side and the first gingiva side by a predetermined distance, and the first lip side includes a treatment target site where the radiotherapy is carried out.
