Provided in the present invention are a physical examination queuing assistance system and method based on geographical location, the method comprising the steps: acquiring the identity information of a user and sending same to a physical examination management platform, the physical examination management platform adding each physical examination item of a user to a queue of a physical examination item department; receiving a queue number of each physical examination item of the users, the number of people waiting, and the location information of the physical examination item department sent by the physical examination management platform, and generating the waiting time of each physical examination item; acquiring current location information of a user and generating the distance between the location of the physical examination item department and the current location of the user; ordering the physical examination items of the users from near to far according to the distance between the location of the physical examination item department and the current location of the user and the physical examination items of the same distance from less to more according to waiting time on a physical examination queue assistance interface; receiving a physical examination item number reached check message sent by the physical examination management platform, and displaying same. The present invention assists physical examination queuing by means of geographical location, and provides convenience.
