Disclosed are a device and method for ecological co-breeding of caulerpa lentillifera, fish and shrimps. The device for ecological co-breeding of caulerpa lentillifera, fish and shrimps, comprises a shrimp and fish breeding pond, a caulerpa lentillifera breeding pond, a sedimentation pond, a filter, and a clean water storage pond. A water outlet of the shrimp and fish breeding pond is connected with a water inlet of the sedimentation pond. A water outlet of the sedimentation pond is connected with an inlet of the filter. An outlet of the filter is connected respectively with a water inlet of the caulerpa lentillifera breeding pond and a water inlet of the clean water storage pond by means of a three-way valve. A water outlet of the clean water storage pond is connected respectively with the water inlet of the caulerpa lentillifera breeding pond and a water inlet of the shrimp and fish breeding pond by means of a three-way valve. A water outlet of the caulerpa lentillifera breeding pond is connected respectively with the water inlet of the clean water storage pond and a water inlet of the shrimp and fish breeding pond by means of a three-way valve. The method for ecological co-breeding of caulerpa lentillifera, fish and shrimps realizes the ecological complementary co-breeding of caulerpa and shrimps or fish, and achieves yield and efficiency increases of the both.
