Disclosed is a website error information processing method. The method comprises: crawling error information in a website; when prompt information matching the error information does not exist in a standard library, matching the crawled error information with characters in a high-level filter library to obtain a first matching result, and matching same with characters in a basic filter library to obtain a second matching resu when the second matching result is not completely contained in the first matching result, splicing the first matching result and the second matching result to obtain a target matching resu acquiring, according to the target matching result, the prompt information about the crawled error information; and returning the prompt information to the website.
