A control method for a shared refrigerator, the shared refrigerator comprising: a casing (1) that is provided with an access window, a plurality of storage boxes (2) arranged in a ring along the vertical direction within the casing (1), a support frame (4), a driving module that drives the support frame (4) to rotate along a rotation axis, a weighing module and a control module. The control method comprises: weighing and analyzing to determine the position of the overall center of gravity of the support frame (4) and the plurality of storage boxes (2); selecting a storage box (2) which has a large angle of deviation from the position of the center of gravity along the rotation axis (3) and which is in a vacant state as a storage box (2) to be used, and upon receiving a storage instruction, controlling the storage box (2) to be used to move to an access position corresponding to the access window. The control method is beneficial in maintaining the overall balance of a shared refrigerator so as to reduce the internal stress on the support frame and the driving module; an independent door body and lock do not need to be configured for each storage box (2) in shared refrigerators employing the control method, thereby reducing costs while making access operations convenient.
