According to an embodiment of the present invention, a method for controlling a quality of a financial transaction by a financial company server is provided, the method comprising the steps of: (a) when a request for an approval of a first transaction is received from a member store terminal and whether to approve the first transaction is determined, transmitting a transaction approval result for the first transaction to the member store terminal, thereby enabling the first transaction to be completed; (b) when a request for an approval of a second transaction, which includes first transaction completion information indicating a completion characteristic of the first transaction, is received from the member store terminal, storing the received first transaction completion information and performing quality monitoring for a financial transaction on the basis of the stored first transaction completion information; and (c) when whether to approve the second transaction is determined, transmitting a transaction approval result for the second transaction to the member store terminal, thereby enabling the second transaction to be completed.
