The cavity length measurement device comprises: a microwave resonant cavity (5) and demodulation equipment (14); the microwave resonant cavity (5) comprises a hollow coaxial cable-Fabry Perot resonant cavity, a first reflection point (3) and a second reflection point (4), the first reflection point (3) being provided at a first position inside the hollow coaxial cable-Fabry Perot resonant cavity, and the second reflection point (4) being provided at a second position inside the hollow coaxial cable-Fabry Perot resonant cavity, the first position and/or the second position being moveable; the reflectivity of the first reflection point (3) and the second reflection point (4) is greater than or equal to a preset threshold; the demodulation equipment (14) is connected to the microwave resonant cavity (5) for analyzing a microwave signal in the microwave resonant cavity (5), so as to obtain the cavity length of the microwave resonant cavity (5), the cavity length of the microwave resonant cavity (5) being the distance between the first reflection point (3) and the second reflection point (4).
