The invention relates to a transport system. The transport system comprises a transit path system (4) having a three-tiered arrangement of rails (5), (6), (7) for the unidirectional circular travel of vehicles thereon. The transit path system (4) comprises a transit path support system (18) made up of demountable units designed to allow the automatic remote assembly and connection of rails (5), (6), (7) and supports (11). The supports (11) are made up of parabolic arcs (12), (13), (14) in a three-tiered arrangement and are designed such that they can be connected by modular fastening units (15). The supports (11) are provided with cable stay systems (16) having adjustment mechanisms. Each support (11) has an autonomous power system (17) disposed thereon for the needs of the transport system and for moving flows of vehicles (19) configured in the form of gondola cabins with aerodynamic bodies comprising: a hull (20), a tail fin (21), and lateral fins (22). The result is increased operating reliability, improved organization and control of traffic, and a system with a high degree of manufacturability and autonomy.
