A video teaching interaction method and apparatus, a device, and a storage medium. The method comprises: obtaining teaching interaction data sent by at least one teaching client during the process of video teaching (S110); detecting, on the basis of the teaching interaction data, whether a teaching interaction mechanism is triggered (S120); and if yes, selecting at least one teaching client triggering the teaching interaction mechanism, and interacting with the selected teaching client (S130). The method can resolve the technical problem of the failure of the interaction between lecturers and students during the process of video teaching.
