The water-receiving tray (20) is located inside of the housing (10) and is used to hold water; the wind wheel (30) is located inside of the housing (10) and above the water-receiving tray (20) and is used to drive the water flow in the water-receiving tray (20). The water beating hook (40) is connected to the wind wheel (30) and extends into the water in the water-receiving tray (20).
