WHITE LED CONSISTING OF THREE PRIMARY COLORS RGB AND APPLICATION THEREOF

A white LED consisting of three primary colors RGB. The white LED comprises a support (10), six metal pads (20) disposed at the bottom of the support (10), R, G and B modules (31, 32, 33) fixed at the bottom of the support (10), and packaging adhesive layers positioned on the R, G and B modules (31, 32, 33). The positive and negative electrodes of the R, G and B modules (31, 32, 33) are electrically connected to the six metal pads (20) one to one so that the R, G and B modules (31, 32, 33) are connected in parallel. The R, G and B modules (31, 32, 33) emit light of corresponding colors, and the light is mixed to generate white light. By using the white LED as a backlight source of a display screen, and a display screen with a wide color gamut can be obtained.
