The present invention relates to a system for providing a charring point management service during fish/meat cooking and particularly to a system for providing a charring point management service during fish/meat cooking, the system being configured to: receive, from a cooking management service providing server, fish/meat detecting information for the fish/meat to be cooked, including a cooking time, which refers to the start point of cooking up to the charring point when the fish/meat to be cooked starts to char; then generate a completed cooking detection signal according to the end timing of the cooking time; transfer the completed cooking detection signal to dedicated application content for cooking management; and thereby externally display a completed cooking display signal as a notification. During fish/meat cooking, the present invention enables real-time checking of the process of cooking fish/meat placed on a heating apparatus for fish/meat cooking even when a user is on another task in a remote place, and thus can improve the convenience of fish/meat cooking.
