Provided is a machine room device fault early-warning system based on the Internet of Things. The system comprises: an acquisition unit suitable for acquiring device usage data of a plurality of reference users of different types; a labeling unit suitable for labeling the device usage data of the plurality of reference users of different types by using a plurality of known type labels; a training unit suitable for performing classification training on the device usage data, labeled with the type labels, to obtain a classification model; a prediction unit suitable for acquiring device usage data of a current device, and according to the classification model, predicting the category of the device usage data of the current device; and a sending unit suitable for sending fault prompt information corresponding to the category to the device of the current type.
