Provided are a chatting system including an interactive function and a method for providing a chatting service. A chatting system including an interactive function according to embodiments of the present invention: provides a flexible chatting service by generating a response corresponding to the intention of a user; provides information, which the user actually needs, by transmitting a response including customized information to a terminal; and provides information on a product or service that the user truly wants, by creating a question to specify a product or service intended by the user.
