The present embodiments provide an artificial mark recognition device and a moving object which provide an artificial mark, which cannot be seen with the naked eye of a user but can be recognized by a device for recognizing the artificial mark, and can identify the artificial mark by means of analyzing scanned points in a process of scanning the periphery without requiring a separate camera for recognizing the artificial mark.
