The present invention relates to a plant disease controlling composition comprising as effective ingredients a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JCK-12 strain producing three lipopeptide compounds and having antifungal activity and a synthetic antifungal agricultural chemical. Iturin, fengycin, and surfactin, which are active substances isolated from the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JCK-12 strain of the present invention, are harmless to the human body and produce no environmental pollution and can be thus used as a biotic pesticide for controlling plant disease so that the active substances can be provided as an innovative biological controlling agent capable of reducing an amount of agricultural chemicals used and preventing problems with environmental pollution.
