The present invention relates to a Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JCK-12 strain producing three kinds of lipopeptide-based compounds and having antifungal activities, and a composition for controlling plant diseases containing an antifungal synthetic pesticide as an active ingredient. Iturin, fengycin, and surfactin which are active ingredients isolated from the Bacillus amyloliquefaciens JCK-12 strain of the present invention are harmless to the human body and do not cause environmental pollution. Thus, it is possible to reduce consumption of chemical pesticide by being used as a biological pesticide for plant disease control, thereby provided as a remarkable biological control agent that can prevent problems caused by environmental pollution.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2019
