A 360-degree luminescence LED lamp bead (100). The LED lamp bead comprises a transparent bracket (1). The top surface of the transparent bracket (1) recesses to form a reflective cup, and the reflective cup comprises a first crystal cup (11) and a second crystal cup (12). The first crystal cup (11) and the second crystal cup (12) are respectively provided with a forward LED chip (2) and a reverse LED chip (3). The forward LED chip (2), the reverse LED chip (3), and the gold wire are packaged with a transparent epoxy resin and silicone hybrid layer (5). Transparent PPA is used for the transparent bracket (1), and the transparent PPA can withstand temperatures of up to 250°C. The LED lamp beads (100) produced can realize 360-degree luminescence, and can be used for illumination. Several LED lamp beads (100) can be used in any combination to produce any colors such as blue and white or warm white light and white light, and can be used in two-line and three-line RGB point-controlled chase lights.
