The present invention provides a dynamic encryption-based medicine monitoring and analysis system and method for a medical cloud platform. The method comprises: when electronic order data transmitted by a mobile terminal is decrypted and a medicine purchasing order is confirmed, creating a monitoring period table; when a patient receives a medicine purchased, sending an instruction to the mobile terminal to prompt the patient to scan a monitoring QR code on the package of the medicine; storing a first code scanning date in the monitoring period table; if the first code scanning date is a preset time period earlier than the expiry date and when the patient scans the monitoring QR code again, storing a second code scanning date and a taking quantity in the monitoring period table; when the quantity of the medicine taken by the patient reaches a standard according to the monitoring period table, recommending a merchant selling this kind of medicines to the mobile terminal of the patient. According to the present invention, a dynamic encryption algorithm is used to encrypt electronic order data that is transmitted, and moreover, E-commerce data is further employed to indirectly monitor the expiry date of medicines so as to prevent patients from purchasing overdue medicines.
