The method comprises: identifying a calling number, and analysing whether the calling number calls repeatedly (S1); where same calls repeatedly, calculating the interval duration from this time the calling number calls to the previous time the calling number calls, and determining a duration interval to which same belongs (S2); according to a mapping relationship between the duration interval and an intention prediction model, determining a corresponding intention prediction model (S3); acquiring calling intentions, from the last K times, of the calling number and each service under the calling number, inputting same into the determined intention prediction model, and obtaining the probability of the calling intentions, from the last K times, of the calling number being respectively transferred to each service under the calling number (S4); according to a first pre-set rule, obtaining, by means of calculation, the probability of each service under same being selected for this time the calling number calls (S5); and then, according to a second pre-set rule, selecting a service under the calling number, and adding the selected service to navigation prompt phrases for broadcasting (S6). A calling user is guided to quickly enter a required service.
