Disclosed in the present invention are a composite heparin anticoagulation coating liquid, microspheres for a coating, a preparation method, and applications. In the present invention, by means of combined use of curcumin and heparin, the anticoagulation function of a heparin coating is enhanced and the stability is further improved by means of characteristics of PLA-PEG-PLA drug-loaded sustained-release microspheres, so that tissue proliferation resistance, inflammatory reaction resistance and other functions that cannot be achieved by only using a heparin coating or a protein coating and another coating are achieved; and the present invention is critical for reducing formation of thrombus in human bodies by implantable devices such as artificial blood vessels, blood vessel stents and vascular patches, and is crucial for reducing postoperative complications and prolonging the service life of the product.
