GLYCATED HEMOGLOBIN OXIDASE VARIANT AND MEASUREMENT METHOD

To provide a glycated hemoglobin oxidase that, even with samples containing a glycated abnormal hemoglobin, produces little measurement error or does not produce deviation between the measured value and the true value. Provided are: a glycated hemoglobin oxidase in which the amino acid at position 113, 109, 106, or 102 in the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 1 is replaced by an amino acid, for example, glutamic acid, alanine, or aspartic acid, other than a positively charged amino acid; and a method for measuring glycated hemoglobin and a measurement reagent kit that use this glycated hemoglobin oxidase. Glycated hemoglobin can be accurately measured for various genotypes even for samples containing glycated abnormal hemoglobin.
