The embodiments herein provide a system and method for a technology enabled, personalized and practice-based learning. Current methods of teaching and learning do not enable a teacher to provide personalized feedback and inputs to most of the students. The embodiments herein provide a hybrid system of physical and virtual infrastructure 102s for personalized and practice-based learning. The virtual infrastructure 102 comprises modules and processes for enabling an automated guidance and monitoring of a personalized learning mechanism. The student's handwritten and/or digital notes and recording of classroom sessions are processed by the system for automatically preparing customized study-aid tools based on a student's requirements. An artificial intelligence engine recognizes and understands a student's notes and provides a learning map to the student. The method comprises a process to enable a customized learning method that is designed by an artificial intelligence engine based on a student's requirements.
