Disclosed is a structure for flooring an environmentally-friendly and damp-proof solid wood floor-heating floor. The structure comprises a horizontal damp-proof membrane layer (10) arranged on the ground (70), wherein a horizontal damp-proof pad layer (20) and a floor layer (30) are successively arranged on the horizontal damp-proof membrane layer (10), the edges of the horizontal damp-proof pad layer (20) and the floor layer (30) are wrapped by a vertical damp-proof pad (40), and a baseboard (50) installed on a wall surface (80) is provided above the vertical damp-proof pad (40); and the vertical damp-proof membrane layer (60) extends from a horizontal damp-proof membrane layer (10), and the vertical damp-proof membrane layer (60) is arranged between the baseboard (50) and the wall surface (80). The flooring structure isolates a back and an end of the floor from the air to the maximum extent, thereby ensuring the damp-proof performance, so that no substantial change occurs to the water content of the floor, and various problems with a normal floor-heating floor also do not tend to occur.
