A bean product and a processing process for a beverage of the bean product. Black beans, soybeans, and red beans are used as raw materials, which are baked, mixed, and ground into particles or powder so as to obtain a finished product, i.e., the bean product. The water content of the black beans, soybeans, and red beans is controlled by means of baking; this not only further facilitates the subsequent grinding process, but also facilitates the release of nutrients in a subsequent brewing process. Furthermore, the aroma of the beans can be completely emitted by means of baking. The problems that a traditional bean beverage is insufficient in aroma, and the nutrients cannot be fully released and absorbed by human bodies are solved.
